Visit us
Before registering we would like to meet you. If you are unable to visit in person an online meeting or a telephone call can be arranged. Contact us at contact@wellshare.co.uk to arrange a time convenient for you.
How to register
To register, please create a personal profile by going to MY ACCOUNT at the top of the home page.
*Once you have created a profile, please email us copies of your qualifications, insurance and GMC registration number (if applicable), then simply follow the steps below.
How to book
1. Sign in to your account.
2. On the BOOK A ROOM page, select a room.
3. Select the date, start time and duration of your booking.
4. Your selected booking will appear below in the drop down.
5. Select repeat booking dates if required.
6. Click on Book Now.
7. Select your payment method.
8. You will receive an email confirmation with booking and payment details.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled from your account up to 24 hours before the start of your booking. On cancellation, the fee will immediately be credited to your online account.

On your personal profile/account you can view your upcoming bookings, cancelled bookings and your credit balance.
View your account details and change your password.
Credits
Credits on your account reflect fees refunded from cancelled bookings.
Credit bundles are not available for purchase.
CQC
Although Wellshare, as a provider of consulting room services, does not require independent CQC registration, clinicians and practitioners are expected to abide by and maintain standards in keeping with CQC guidelines. All applicants are expected to meet our accreditation standards, including membership of a professional body and hold appropriate insurance to ensure a high standard of practice.
Accreditation
All applicants who wish to practise at Wellshare are screened to ensure they meet accreditation criteria, are members of an accredited professional body, and carry appropriate professional insurance. This process ensures that their practice meets our standard of professional practice and upholds the reputation of Wellshare.
