Other clinicians or staff may be using the room after your booking, therefore running over your allocated time slot is STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED. NOISE LEVEL

Wellshare is a multi-discipline environment frequented by a large percentage of mental health professionals. Consequently, most of the consulting rooms are used for talk therapy or psychological assessments.

To ensure a professional working environment for all practitioners, please be mindful of others by keeping noise levels to a minimum throughout the building including the stairs, landings, and other public areas.

Please refrain from conversing with patients/clients anywhere inside the building other than the consulting room you have booked.

  • The practitioner/clinician is responsible for the behaviour and noise control of their client/patient and those accompanying them whilst in the building.

THE CONSULTING ROOM

At the start of your booking, please turn the sign on the door of the consulting room to ‘Occupied’.

When in session, please ensure that the door of the consulting room is CLOSED. Consulting with the room door open is strictly not permitted.

Please leave the room as you found it, returning any moved furniture, lamps, cushions, plants and accessories to their original position.

Please do not leave any equipment in the consulting room as this is an inconvenience to other practitioners using the room after you.
