I work with teenagers and young adults to help them achieve positive mental health and
greater self-confidence. NHS trained using CBT techniques, I have enhanced this foundation
with further study in Positive Psychology and Coaching to develop a unique evidence-based
methodology.
As a mother of four, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges families face. My approach
is empathetic, compassionate and carefully tailored to meet the needs of every young person
and family I work with.
I design a bespoke programme for each client, tailoring my approach to their individual needs. My work focuses on building confidence, resilience and purpose, using a blend of evidence-based techniques drawn from CBT, Positive Psychology and Coaching.
I believe every young person deserves their own personalised toolbox of strategies to help them navigate life’s challenges. Together, we create this toolbox – integrating practical mental health tools with self-awareness and self-esteem building. My sessions are collaborative, supportive and empowering, helping each person feel heard and understood.
Typically, I work with clients for 12-16 weeks, enough time to create meaningful, lasting change. Things I can help with include:
My aim is for every young person to leave our work together feeling more confident, capable and connected – equipped with the skills to manage challenges and thrive.
